Missha Real Signature Velvet Palette

Ta-da!!
I've actually had the Missha Palette from this collection for a while now but I didn't have time on my hands... BUT!
I am doing it now! :)

This collection has 2 different "feelings".
Feminine Grace has the Missha Real Signature Velvet Palette in Grace Combination, filled of golds and browns for a warmer, chic, and natural look, which is what I am reviewing today!
Sensual Smoky has the same palette in Smoky Combination with silvers and greys for a sexy, and night-out look!
Both is very tempting, ain't it?

Missha has always made their packaging shiny!
Very appealing to young women.

The case is a bit more pink than in the picture.
The lighting completely ruined the nice color...
It is very light and portable, perfect for traveling or even as a mirror to check your makeup at a cafe for your date!

It even has an eyeshadow brush with a liner tip!
The colors are a tiny bit less yellow than in the photo.
It includes 3 highlighters, a base, a point, and a liner shadow.
Everything you need for some seductive eyes in one!
Swatches
The first highlighter is very glittery which totally surprised me since it only looks shimmery in the palette!
Love it!
The colors are quite sheer so if you may need to apply a couple more layers to your liking.

For those who absolutely adore makeup but then you have no idea how to create the perfect look, Missha has included an instruction sheet for you!!
How thoughtful!

This is what your eyes should look like if you followed the palette instructions.
I usually just go with my usual smoky eye routine, going from the lightest color to the darkest color and applying them perpendicular to my lashes on my lids instead of horizontally along the lids like the instructions.
Still using the highlighters on my waterline and under eye.
I swipe a tiny bit of highlighter B+C under my brows too.

This palette gets a 5/5 from me!
A must need in your makeup case.
The price isn't as expensive as the Naked palettes at Sephora which is wonderful.
I recently bought one which kind of killed me. I still love it just as much but it isn't as special as it was when it was on the shelf of Sephora rather than in my home... Haha

Look forward to my next review!
Though I will be on vacation starting from the end of July to the beginning of September, I bought quite of a lot of Korean Makeup and Skin care recently so hopefully I can upload asap!

Here's a hint of what's coming next!
It is a skin care item that won #1 on the Get it Beauty show's Blind Test!!
See you soon~

Nature Republic Collagen HD Lip and Eye Palette Review

Hello Cupcakes!
I am currently on a mini trip at a hotel hehe
But then... I didn't forget to update!
Did you guess the hint right? ;)
The answer was Nature Republic!

This color is so tempting to not purchase!

Packaging

Side
This product has "nature" in it definitely.
Even the box is made out of recycled paper!
This type of branding attracts consumers who like"natural products" as well as those who are environmentalists!

Sorry for the crappy camera quality!

Eyeshadow
This is the exactly colors of the shadow which has very nice to blend with!
The colors are sheer and it isn't as glittery as it seems!
These colors are very natural to create cute, smokey eyes.

Lip gloss
Since the brush is very small, it takes awhile to get some color on your lips.
Creating gradient lips are easy to do.
Swatches
The swatches are hard to see since I didn't put much onto my arm.
But the colors look better in real life!
I love this palette!
This is must-have in your makeup bag and the price isn't as high as the Sephora ones.

Here's your hint for the next review!!
Be sure to comment your guesses <3

Did you guess yet? ;)
See you all at the next review!

Innisfree Moisture Foundation Review

Girls can never get enough make up once they start.
It's soooo hard to save up! :(
Since I am running out of my Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream,
I decided to give the Innisfree Moisture Foundation a try.
This baby got 1st place prize for "Get It Beauty"'s foundation! Check it out!

Front Packaging
The packaging is relatively sweet and natural, nothing too flashy or girly.
It's very mature looking for young women!
Inside
It has a glass bottle with a plastic pump.
Shade
This foundation has 2 tones which I have not seen for other Korean foundations.
I took the Warm Toned Natural Beige, similar to my Perfect Cover BB Cream.
I have dry skin so I don't have Oil Blotting Paper to test the oil.

Here I have a swatch of Tony Moly's Backstage Gel Eyeliner.

This foundation is pretty good coverage.
I can barely see the mark anymore.
My hand has a reddish undertone in this photo...
I think it is just my camera quality.

For the moisturizing factor, I think I still need to put on an extra layer of cream before foundation or BB Cream.
If even an extra layer doesn't help you, here is a tip.
Time to exfoliate and then mix your foundation or BB Cream with a light gel cream to lighten the formula.
It gets rid of your dry dangling skin sticking on your face.
The mixture will give a nice, bright finish with a hint of glowing factor.
Having cracks of foundation on my skin due to my dry, dead skin cells is embarrassing and it brings my self confidence down into the core of Earth!
I used to mix my Missha BB Cream with their Super Aqua Emulsion and I love the finish!

Anyways, if you have used any of the products that I have mentioned, what is your opinion on it?
I have gotten my May Haul recently and I am sooo excited <3
Lots and lots to post!
Here are some Eye Candy for y'all!
A hint of what's going to be reviewed next ;)

Oh My Gosh. Chocolate abs. Yummy... Hehe.
The first Korean Drama I watched was Full House and that got me hooked on Korean Dramas!
When is he going to have a comeback?!

Haha Prince of Asia?

I must catch up on his new dramas!!
Haven't watched I Miss You yet!

Every time I see him angelic face, it reminds me of his badass abs <3

Junsu has the most unique, husky voice that I have ever heard.
My dolphin <3

That's all for today~
See y'all soon <3

Holika Holika Bloom In Multi Balm Review + Nails

Mr. Sun, please come back!
At home on a day like this, the best thing to do is to write a review!
Today will be about Holika Holika's Bloom in Multi Balm.

Packaging

I ordered the Good Sleep one because I have a sleeping problem at night.
I can't seem to sleep at night time...
Sorry for the yellowness of the image!
The packaging is very adorable. The flower matches the spring season!
There are instructions on the back.
Here are the English Translation of each type:
(Photo got from Google)

Inside
To be honest, this product didn't help my problem at all.
I put this product on my cheeks.
The first time, it got my eyes a bit drowsy but not enough to get me to sleep.
The next times that I used it, it got me to sneeze a couple of times.
But the scent did relax me.
The scent is very light, mostly lavender, which is nice.
It reminds me of an EOS lip balm which is not enough moisture for my lips.
The product doesn't go on my skin easily. The balm is kind of hard. This product is a 1 time purchase thing, I don't think I will repurchase :(

More reviews to come!
Here is a treat before that!

My mustache nails <3
Very easy 30 minutes nails for a night at home.
Best for those who have no patience with detailed nail painting.
I have been getting lazy and busy these days also,
So I was unable to do very crazy nails that need hours of painting :(
Items needed:
  • Tape for tips
  • pastel purple and pink nail polish
  • tweezers
  • a sauce dish for water
  • mustache water decals (black polish if you prefer to paint them yourself)
  • Top coat and base coat

These are the water decals that I used, exclusively available at Kpop Accessories Page
Here is the link to the Mustache ones above: Mustache Water Nail Decals
There are many selections!
Here are the instructions of how to use water decals:

TheFaceShop Arsainte Eco-Therapy Extreme Moisture Set Review

Packaging

Today I am doing a review on The Face Shop's Arsainte Eco-Therapy Extreme Moisture Gift Set.
This is a great sample for those who DESPERATELY need moisture and oils on their face.
We shall start with the first thing you put on after cleanser and removing your make up!
Toner with Essential
This is my first time seeing such a unique toner with droplets of oil in it!
This is definitely a bonus mark!
The opening of the bottle is too wide.
The first time I poured some out on my palm,
Too much came out! :(

Droplets of toner on my hand
It looks like this on skin due to the oil!
So cool~
...ing
Since it contains oil, it takes some rubbing to absorb.
After, it feels so nice and refreshing.
My skin does not feel greasy after.
This toner has a nice organic scent..,
I can't describe but you will know once you purchase this!

Serum with Essential
After toner, Essence or Serum should be next to fix your skin a bit.
It could be a Dark Spot Serum, Whitening, Moisture Etc..
I have a Dark Spot Serum from The Face Shop too ;)
I love the cute pump!

For me, this serum is just any kind of clear essence.
It didn't feel any different with or without it.
But eh, maybe this is the first time that I've tried this,
So I should have a little bit more faith in it.
#1 skin care rule is to be patient!
Don't expect your product to give your outstanding results after 1 application!
It takes time for you skin to get used to the product.
Daily Moisturizer
This moisturizer is like my Aveeno one.
The packaging is kind of alike as well.
This is more for the body, not the face.

The formula isn't rich, but it is just as thick compared to the Aveeno lotions.
I feel as if it didn't give me enough moisture.
That's why I put this on my face as well for double the moisture.
Essential Cream
This is the cream for the face and for face only!
This can also act as an eye cream.

Inside
The cream is lighter and creamier compared to the moisturizer.
It has more oils and water in it.

I have to say that my favorite is the Toner.
The oils in it really helped feed my skin's lack of oils and moisture.
After I finish my Skin Food Toner, I will definitely purchase the large size of it!
I have hinted many different products that I have, WHICH I may do reviews on ;)
Keep in touch!

Tony Moly Cats Wink Tint Stick Review

Welcome back, Mr. Sun!
Your warmth brings out the bright colors of the environment~
Since I mentioned colors and warmth... hehe Let's move on to the review!!!!

I decided to give the Tony Moly Crazy Tiny Stick a try since those who have dry skin are not recommended to use lipstick since it will show your dry skin hanging on your lips.
That's my tip of the day :)
Tints and gloss are will hide those dead skin cells that are attempting to fall!

The cool thing about this tint is that it does not give a lot of color all at once.
It changes color according to your temperature.
I swatched some on a piece of tissue and it came out blue!!

Awww! Isn't this lip tint cute?
Look at who's smiling at you!

The packaging of this cutie is very light and can fit in any pocket of your purse or jacket.
One thing I don't really like about this tint is that it looks kind of like a children's toy.
Be sure to not lose it in your younger siblings pile of toys!

Look at that perfect tip...
I don't want to ruin it! ><

I love this pretty shade of pink!
It isn't matte but it isn't over glittery either.
On top of that, there's a moisturizing factor with a hint of a melon scent.
Honestly, the moisture leaves your lips in a 4-5 hours but even if it is gone, you don't feel like you need to apply anymore!
Anyways this isn't my favorite but I still like it.
I would rate this 8/10

I want to do reviews on items that aren't getting much hype.
Make up products that are not popular doesn't mean that they aren't good products :)
I love to try new stuff <3
See you all soon at my next review~
